Blackberry Buckle

The other day, while trying to come up with something dinner, I thought why think dinner when the wild blackberries in our backyard were calling to me (more like yelling)! So I braved the thorns, and competition with the Yellow jackets and took what I thought was my share off the bush. If I hadn’t eaten while picking, I would have been able to show you a larger bowl…….

    I can't believe you made blackberry buckle!!! The other day I was looking for a recipe so I could use up some blueberries my friend gave me, and I decided on a blueberry buckle recipe from the internet. Never made a buckle in my life and then we both make it in the same week. Weird. Mine turned out kinda yukky though. I used gluten free flour. Yours looks great. Really great blogspot MG!! Paula
